1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92bar ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 92bar.ws ("Platform"). Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 92bar may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and hold only one (1) account on the 92bar platform at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• A valid, active email address accessible only by you
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• Your city of residence (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92bar account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 92bar support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 92bar will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

92bar reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92bar are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been formally verified by the 92bar finance team following a KYC review. 92bar targets a 30-minute processing window for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on third-party processing times.

92bar does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees levied by your payment provider (including network fees for cryptocurrency transactions) are your sole responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the source account. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be forfeited pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

92bar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active use.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 92bar platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published in the relevant game rules section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by a player after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure that results in a bet being placed incorrectly or incompletely, 92bar reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• 92bar reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including markets with incorrect odds, lines, or event details.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL cricket). 92bar's decision on the settlement of disputed markets is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and may vary by product, VIP tier, and current promotional period.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform — any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to 92bar support immediately rather than exploit it.

Where 92bar reasonably suspects a breach of fair play obligations, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and initiate a formal investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. 92bar will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in respect of any investigation into criminal or fraudulent activity.

• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at 92bar staff or other players
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks. 92bar will not be liable for any losses, inconvenience, or costs arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
